Partnering with Bristlecone Construction, we’re tackling the challenge of building a seven-story metal-frame hotel with a concrete podium in a zero lot line zone. The project’s metal framing system introduces a new level of coordination — with tight routing paths, limited chase space, and minimal tolerance for layout error. Every penetration, hanger, and vertical stack must be precisely planned and aligned with structural steel and fire assemblies.

In a dense, zero-lot-line urban environment, even deliveries and material staging require careful sequencing and communication between trades.
